We take care of everything from advertising your property to conducting viewings, securing tenants, completing necessary legislation and preparing the tenancy agreement. Once the tenants are in place, the management is handed over to you.

Rent Collection

With our Rent Collection service, we’ll manage the rent payments for you. We ensure that rent is collected on time, chase any late payments, and provide monthly statements. This service allows you to relax and let us handle the financial side of things, while you retain control of the property.

Fully Managed

Our Fully Managed service is the most comprehensive option, where we take care of everything from finding tenants to managing day-to-day issues, handling maintenance, and ensuring legal compliance. We act as your dedicated point of contact, providing complete peace of mind by managing all aspects of your property, so you can enjoy a hassle-free experience.

Conduct a current market valuation and agree on the rental value

Carry out accompanied viewings
Find tenants, negotiate rent and tenancy terms

Drafting and signing of all required legislation, including tenancy agreement and registering 5-week deposit
