Jack is a highly experienced estate agent with over 15 years in the industry. He began his career in Watford back in 2008 with a well-known corporate company before moving to a market-leading independent agency, where he specialised in the lettings side of the business.

Over the years, Jack has successfully sold numerous properties in the local area and let over 4,000 tenancies. His extensive expertise covers all aspects of sales and lettings—from meticulous tenant and buyer screening to effective property management and ensuring full legal compliance. Jack is a fully qualified and regulated agent with both ARLA and NAEA qualifications.

Ellie has been immersed in the property industry since 2021, and her journey began when she was originally employed by Jack at a previous company. (She can’t escape him!) With a natural flair for the industry, Ellie quickly became an essential member of the team.

Known for her positive, “can-do” attitude, Ellie tackles every challenge with determination and a hands-on approach. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always eager to get the job done efficiently and with a smile. Whether it’s assisting clients, managing property-related tasks, or working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, 

Ellie’s dedication to the job and her passion for providing excellent service make her an indispensable part of the team and a rising star in the field.

Wife of Jack, Laura (the real boss) might not have a background in property, but she brings an invaluable obsession with perfection and an almost OCD-like attention to detail. While she may not have years of industry experience, Laura ensures that everything in the business adds up—literally and figuratively! Whether it's balancing the books, checking the smallest of details, or making sure everything is done to the highest standard, Laura leaves no stone unturned.

Her dedication to making sure everything is dealt with properly, combined with her impeccable organisational skills, has made her the behind-the-scenes backbone of the business. And while she may not be directly involved in front end lettings or sales, Laura's ability to keep everything running smoothly, with an eye for detail, ensures that no task is ever left unfinished.
